The hotel was superior with lovely and particularly good location adjacent to restaurants, bars, and shopping and all the sightseeing spots and great restaurants. The room was good sized and nicely furnished with balcony, we stayed in all day. The whole experience was excellent, no complains at all, recommend.

Perfect and magnificent position, I really enjoyed staying in this place.
The staff were very amiable day and night. Generally the service was exceptional, the room was well furnished and quiet with a toaster, balcony, for instance.

It was in a very central location, close to attractions. Besides, it was right by all the sightseeing spots and great restaurants, the Old Quarter and restaurants, bars, and shopping.
The bathroom I had was very small.

The whole experience was excellent, no complaints, recommend. The hotel was superior with lovely and particularly good location just off Vietnam, restaurants, bars, and shopping, and Ninh Binh. The room was great-sized and nicely furnished with balcony, we stayed in all day. The staff were nice and kind day and night. The service was excellent, the food was good. The location of the hotel is perfect to experience the city life, with many restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing guests with useful information and organizing transportation if needed. the rooms have nice features, toiletries are provided, and the price is affordable.
The hotel rooms are a bit worn out, and cleanliness needs to improve. the bathroom is small and has no window, and the humidity can cause an odor in the room.
